In an unanimous opinion, the Supreme Court in William B. Walton et al vs. Neskowin Regional Sanitary Authority affirmed the Court of Appeals' decision and the trial court's judgement in favor of NRSA.
We are currently looking for a volunteer to serve on the NRSA Board of Directors for the vacant position ending 6/30/2025. You must be a registered voter and a property owner within the district boundary. The Board hopes to make the appointment at the August meeting.
